Wholesale prices aren't being applied at checkout

Question: Why is it that the wholesale prices I have set are not applied when the customer checks out?

Answer: If the wholesale prices you have set are not showing when the customer checks out, this is usually due to any of the following issues:

• The logged in customer is not tagged correctly. 
• Our Wholesale Hero edited theme was unpublished.

The logged in customer is not tagged correctly

Please note the tags are case sensitive. Make sure to follow the exact spelling and casing of the customer tag. For detailed information about this, click here.

Our Wholesale Hero edited theme was unpublished

For the app to function correctly, you must use our Wholesale Hero edited theme that we uploaded to your Shopify admin.
