Why is it that the wholesale discount did not appear when I use PayPal?

Question: When my client placed his orders on my online store using PayPal, the wholesale prices did not apply to the products he purchased. Why is that?

Answer: Due to new changes outside of our control, discounts cannot be applied on the cart page when using PayPal as a payment option. As a workaround, checkout with PayPal must be hidden in the cart page so the customer won't have this option. However, when the customer reaches the checkout page, PayPal will then be visible as a payment option and the discounts will be applied.
