Can I auto-remove a customer tag?

Question: I understand that I can set the app to auto-tag a customer depending on certain conditions. Is it also possible to auto-remove a tag based on any condition I set?

Answer: Auto-tag rules can be easily set to automatically put tags on customers to label them for a discount group but unfortunately, there is no way to auto-remove them at this point. What you can do is manually exclude customers from the auto-tagging feature within the app. Check the links below to learn more.
