Why are my shipping discounts not applied?

Question: I have set up custom shipping settings in my discount group but they are not being applied at checkout?

Answer: To make sure your shipping discounts are applied, you should change the discount method to 'Line by line' discounts in the Settings section of your wholesale offer. Follow the steps below:

1. Launch the app and click Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Discount Method section and choose Line by line discount.

3. Click Save.
