Why is the discount group I created not showing when I tried to tag a customer with it?
Question: I created a new discount group and attempted to tag a customer with it.
However, when I go into the customer profile and tried to choose a tag, it does not appear there. Why is this so?
Answer: Although there may be other reasons, by default, the discount group would not automatically show in the Tag field of the customer profile unless at least one customer has been tagged with it. If this is the case, you need to manually add the tag to it. All you need to do is enter the discount group in the Tag field and then click the Add button that appears.
You can also enter the discount group and then press comma on your keyboard.
Click Save afterward. You now have tagged the customer with the discount group.
