Adding Booster Apps as a Staff Member
Are you experiencing some issues using our app and you need help? We might be able to help if the problem you experience is caused by our app. In some cases, we request that you add us as a Staff Member and add some basic permissions so we can do the necessary investigation to resolve the issue.
To add us as a staff member, please follow the steps below:
1. On your Shopify admin page, go to Settings.
2. Click Account.
3. Scroll down to the Staff accounts section under Accounts and permissions and click Add staff account.
4. Enter Booster and Apps in the First name and Last name fields respectively.
5. Enter email@example.com in the Email field.
6. Make sure to uncheck the box that says This staff account will have full permissions.
7. Grant us access to your store Themes by checking the corresponding box.
8. Click Send invite.
9. Once the theme edit is complete, an email will be sent to the main email address associated with your Shopify email. This email will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org to let you know that the theme edit is complete.
Please check your spam folder and if possible - whitelist our email address from your email account. Theme updates can take up to 36 hours.
