Which Discount Method should I use?

We highly recommend using the Single Discount Code method over Line by Line Discounts.

What is the difference between the two methods?

Line by Line Discounts - using this method, wholesale orders will appear to be processed as Draft Orders.

Single Discount Code - this is the simpler of the two methods. It simply creates an automatic discount code to be applied to the wholesale order.

How do I change the Discount Method?

From the Settings page of the app simply navigate to the Discount Method section and select your Discount Method.
